Overview
- Assist in various daily tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and file management
- Supporting employer branding activities and campus recruitment
- Gain exposure to various operational functions, including process documentation, workflow analysis, and implementation of process improvements
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements related to HR and operations
Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people
- Strong Grip on Microsoft Office (Specially MS Excel)
Qualifications
- Bachelors in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing
- Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in the HR2
