Responsibilities

  • Ability to initiate a project with the teams i.e. Meetings
  • Ability to identify major requirement, high-level scope, High level timeline/Estimates, stakeholders. High-level risk etc.
  • Ability to identify Requirement Gathering and Scope.
  • Ability to build Project Schedule or High-level Roadmap
  • Develop and implement move project plan through collaboration with the team
  • Ability to identify the roles and responsibilities based on the skill required to complete the project activities
  • Develop and maintain project release plans on PM tools i.e. MS Project, Smartsheet.
  • Ability to Establish project communications for small to large scale cross functional teams
  • Ability to apply PM concepts when needed
  • Ability to identify Risks based on own experience or working with the project team and letting them identify risk.
  • Identify and maintain required Deliverables that are related to the project(s).
  • Analyze planned vs actual work done i.e. Monitoring & controlling
  • Consult with the cross functional team in the execution of the project
  • Logs issues face by project team and resolve timely issue
  • Ability to Raise the ‘RED ’concerns when needed
  • Ability to Follow escalation path
  • Monitoring project progress and Keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Ability to close out the project after validating all scope planned vs delivered deliverables
  • Ability to work on support/operation task
  • Support senior project manager(s) on large projects or initiatives where appropriate to ensure accurate and current project documentation and artifacts are meeting with best practices
  • Primarily responsible for small to medium sized projects (3-4), with opportunities to work on larger projects or critical projects (at least 1) concurrently
  • Documentation i.e. Meeting notes, Issue logs and follow Processes.
  • PM concepts i.e. preferably PMI i.e. business Case, charter, build versus buy, alternative analysis, estimations, Knowledge areas. Phases
  • Basic Network, basis Sysops, basic software Development concepts, Database concept
  • Analytical Skills breaking down big task into smaller

 

Qualifications

Education IT Graduate
Experience Core PM experience (2-3) years
Reporting Time Eastern Time
