We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic Reporting Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, performing data analysis, and creating interactive dashboards to support business decision-making.

• ETL Processes:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and robust ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) into data warehouses or data lakes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders.

• Dashboard Development:

• Design and build interactive dashboards using industry-standard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) that provide real-time insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all dashboards.

• Data Governance:

• Adhere to data governance policies and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for data and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
