To protect IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and help organization in achieving business objectives
Description: This position acts as senior level IS resource having strong background of Cyber Security functions. This position will coordinate & will help implementing IT Security Roadmap and security processes for the protection of IBEX Global assets.

1. Planning, Monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization data, systems and networks
2. Good Knowledge of Infrastructure components (e.g., DLP, MDM, Active Directory, Email Security Gateway, Full Disk Encryption etc.)
3. Work with various IT and Non-IT Departments to ensure continuous compliance of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO27001, SOC2 Type II and CIS TOP 20 controls.
4. Responsible to ensure Security Baseline and Guidelines are followed on Operating Systems based on Industrial Best Practices.
5. Vulnerability Assessment tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
6. Work with various IT teams for remediation of identified gaps/violations and to ensure the compliance of standards and IS policy.
7. Experience with Threat Hunting and MITRE ATT&CK Methodology.
8. Conduct daily review of security dashboards, alerts and events.
9. Will actively monitor security threats and risks, provide in-depth incident analysis, evaluate security incidents, and will provide proactive threat research.
10. Participate in security incident management and vulnerability management processess. Identify, Perform, review and track security incident invenstigations to resolution and identify lessons learnt.
11. Develop, Implement and test new SIEM use cases. Regularly identify and develop new use cases for automation and tunning of CyberSecurity Based Security Tools.
12. Coordinate with vendors for escalations, resolution and queries from security perspective.

Bachelors/Masters Degree in IT/CS/Software Eng./Telecom
