We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our messaging infrastructure. Additional experience with Veeam Backup, Public Cloud platforms (preferably AWS, along with Azure and GCP), and VMware virtualization is highly desirable.

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 at an expert level.
• Monitor email flow, security, performance, and availability across the Exchange environment.
• Perform Exchange server upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions (if applicable).
• Collaborate on projects involving public cloud services, especially AWS, and support integration with on-prem environments.
• Support virtual infrastructure hosted on VMware, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting VMs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and act as a subject matter expert for Exchange-related issues.

• Bachelors in IT or related fireld.
• 5+ years in system administration or messaging roles.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Exchange Server, M365, or Azure) are a plus.
• Experience in hybrid Exchange/Office 365 environments is beneficial.
• Expert-level experience in Exchange Server 2019 administration and troubleshooting.

• Good to Have:

  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud Services – preferably AWS, and optionally Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Working knowledge of VMware environments and virtual machine administration.
