Responsibilities
- Maintain HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues and identify solutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve the efficiency of HR processes
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare and present HR reports
Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have a results driven approach
- Bachelors in Business administration or relevant field
