Ibex is looking for a Software Engineer - QA  for its Lahore Office.

• Enterprise software test management.
• Implementation of Agile Development processes and environment using standard and defined processes.
• Perform DB testing, query writing, Functions and Stored procedures in MySQL/sql server.
• Write, manage and execute test cases and plans for current and new projects.
• Write custom Automated tests using one or more scripting/programming languages and/or tools such as: C++, C, MySQL, Perl, JAVA, Python, is a big plus
• Manage tasks and projects using Jira and other project management tools.
• Design functional and non-functional test cases that verify requirements and validate functionality
• Analyze user stories and technical requirements for validity, feasibility and technical soundness and decompose them to extract positive and negative test scenarios and strong acceptance criteria
• Detect, report, and track software defects
• Execute all levels of testing including but not limited to: System, Integration; Component Level Regression
• Use methodical and repeatable processes to verify releases meet quality standards before launch
• Apply Quality engineering principles throughout the agile product life cycle to

identify defect and design flaws

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences
• Experience of 1 - 3 years
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Profile manual acceptance criteria and test cases and evaluate automation opportunities
• Experience in load and performance testing in Microsoft Visual studio, JMeter will always be preferred.
