To Cater all the IT related issues to end users, active and passive equipment Level 1 support, Inventory, UPS services in head office Skytower.
Provide on-call and on-premises IT helpdesk support for users.
Arrange and manage Audio & video Conference calling for higher management (GCEO , CEO & HODs)
Manage and maintain TPL IT inventory, fixed assets, and asset tagging (including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IPTs).
Desktop and laptop installations.
Offer Level 1 support for networking-related issues.
Provide Level 1 support for UPS systems.
Ensure 24/7 availability for IT support as needed.
Ensure Users windows and antivirus updates.
BS Computer Science
Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years
